The U.S. Cannabis Spot Index decreased by 3.3% to $923 per pound.

The California Cannabis Spot Index fell 4.7% per pound this week. The decline is primarily driven by an 11.0% per pound decline in the price assessment for indoor grown flower. The volume weighted average price for transactions of bulk indoor flower decreased by $51 per pound, while the volume weighted average price for prepackaged indoor flower lost $125 per pound.
The Nevada Indoor Cannabis Spot Index jumped 8.3% per pound this week, as wholesale prices for both indoor and greenhouse grown cannabis flower were on the rise.
The Illinois Cannabis Spot Index increased by 3.6% this week. This marks the highest price assessment for the state since May 24th, 2024. The current index is 5.5% higher than the 2025 average price.
August 2025 Implied Forward initially assessed at $960 per pound.
At $955 per pound, the March Implied Forward represents a 3.4% premium to the current U.S. Spot Price of $923 per pound. Last year, the August Implied Forward was initially assessed at $1,055, which was 5.5% higher than the actual August average of $1,000.
